My earbuds connect to my phone, and are able to play audio for about 45 seconds before they turnoff. I am able to turn them back on after this, but then they disconnect and power down again. How do I fix this?
With your home screen visible, slide your finger from left to right to gain access to your battery levels. Now connect your BeatsX, your BeatsX should not be listed. What does it show? What is the BeatsX battery life and charge time?
