Chosen Solution
So, i know how to enable the reduce motion setting, but this is completely different. My iPhone will randomly start just crazily moving the icons around on the screen like the motion thing is turned up to 99 (out of 10). So, i lock my phone wait for a bit, then unlock again and it is fine again. I have even tried shaking my phone and also lightly torquing the case, and all “seem” to have an effect, but it ends up returning later anyway. So, i’m down to either some ghost or rogue bit of code that creeps up randomly (unlikely), or some hardware piece which is broken. Does anyone know what part of the iPhone may cause this or have any other remedies to try? Let me know. Thanks.
This sounds like something to do with your Gyro/Movement sensor being interfered with in your phone, Try re-calibrating the sensor in the compass app.
