My programs and my web browser run very sluggishly. It usually occurs after using the programs after a short period of time. Websites take a long time to load, and programs take a long time to appear once they are executed. When a program does finally appear, it runs very sluggishly and exhibit poor performance.
Sounds like a bad script in the background. Run a program like start > run and type MSCONFIG and press enter then click on the startup tab See what is going on in the background. This is more a software error than hardware so it really is not a repair question. this will depend heavily rating system and if you used a malware and virus checker etc….
This may be caused by running too many applications simultaneously or being low on RAM. You can either run fewer programs and restart the computer, or install additional RAM.
