The printer won’t let me print. I turn it on and its ok for about two minutes and then the power and reset lights keep flashing. I bought two Meijer cartridges for my iP2600 Cannon printer. It keeps saying no ink and will not let me print. Both cartridges are full of ink. What should I do?

Dont have my book on it ,it just turned 3yrs.
