when i put my ipod to charge from it being completely dead a white scrren with a checkmark saying ok to disconnect appears and will not go away until it dies again then when i connect it to the computer it says my ipod needs to be restored so i restore it and nothing happens…HELPPP
Its in Disk Mode. Reset your iPod by holding down Menu and Select for 10 seconds until it reboots.
