An error message saying my dialer has stopped working keeps popping up. It gives you an option of send a report or don’t send and it pops right back up after you pick one of the options. I had my carrier factory reset it and it did not help. Please help save my phone.
The issue you are seeing is call “force closing”. If your phone is stock, that is not rooted, then chances are a third party app is causing the problem. If it happens after a factory restore, with no third party apps installed, then you just need to clear the cache. http://forums.androidcentral.com/verizon… That’s a guide on clearing your cache. You will have to redownload your apps but that should fix it.
Go to settings then go to apps after that go to running apps and uninstall up date on input sense
I am experiencing the same issues with many apps. Email, clock, dialer etc. I am unable to get into settings. Same error. What other options are there?
