Chosen Solution
I turn it off completely and I turn it back on, or “reboot” it. It shows everything normally and before it fully goes to the home screen it shows Cricket. Pretty normal but then it freezes, nothing happens at all, it just stays on the Cricket screen.
Try booting it in safe mode. Power device on while holding volume down. once you see the Samsung logo let go of the power button, continue to hold the volume down until it brings you to your home screen. It’ll say safe mode in the bottom left corner
