I call my house phone it says I can’t call cause of the other number not accepting phone calls that is comes up as I’m blocking my number..

If I understand your issue, your caller ID is blocked on the phone you are calling from. Open the phone/dialler app on your Android phone. Open the menu by tapping the three dots at the end of the search bar. Select ‘Settings’. Click on ‘Call settings’. Click on ‘Additional settings’ or ‘More Settings’. One the menu has loaded, click on ‘Caller ID’. See if it is set to hide or other.
