Chosen Solution
I got my Huawei a few months ago and it’s been been working fine. However today the battery only charged to 67% over night and now wont charge up from 2%. I have changed the charging cable and tried charging it from my mac but the problem persists. My mac does recognize it when it is plugged in, so I think there must be a problem with the battery. Has anyone had this problem, if so what was the issue? Thanks
Likely because of your wall wart, or USB charger. You need one at least 5v 2.1A. Nearly any charger you get from the brands Anker or Aukey will provide this. Computer USB ports have a small output, not enough. Hope this helps!
