Try to access google playplaystore and it will not connect

on your phone? what kinda phone? are you connected to wifi? try restarting your phone if its a phone.

  1. Check your router.
  2. Make sure wifi is reading on tablet If those 2 steps fail i would suggest repairing the wifi chip inside.
