Chosen Solution
It was scanning at a fast pace and now it scans really slow. Does anyone know how to fix this? What should I be checking? I have cleaned it thinking it might be dust but nothing. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Hi @nani11 , Is the scanner connected to a computer? If so try re-calibrating the scanner and check if this resolves the problem. Here’s a link to the section in the manual (is this your model?) that shows how to calibrate the scanner.
