if I turn on my refrigerator, the freezer will work for just 15-20mins then stop freezing. but it will continue cooling
Maybe it’s reached the set temperature. If you have a thermometer put it in the freezer to check the temperature. If it’s not cold enough adjust the thermostat, and keep using thermometer until you get the temperature you’re looking for.
