When I get an incoming call, sometimes it just reads that the phone stopped working and when I press OK it pops up again and I can’t answer the call and have to reset the phone completely. Is it a common problem and if so, does anybody know if and how it can be fixed?
I would recommend connecting to Wi-Fi and make sure that your phone is updated to the latest version of Android OS available. Also check to make sure that your carrier settings are up to date as well. This can sometimes be caused by the Android software trying to use the Phone app and not having something that it needs to continue, so the app fails and shuts down. Hope this helps!
