My Maytag washing machine Bravo MVWX500BW, takes 3 hours to finish at “soil level” set to “extra heavy” and “extra rinse” on. Should I select “medium” soil level? The load is big, but it is not too dirty. No errors when I run diagnostic.
Try cleaning out the barrel of the washer incase there is any dirt or grime stuck.
Yes you should choose a medium soil level even if the load is big though it is very dirty, but if you do not meet the purpose you have to take a full barrel selection for a faster time, good cleaning and wonderful cleaning
