Receiver needs “warm up” time before it starts working
@kp52781 that will entirely depend on how long it takes. Not uncommon for things (power FET’s as well as power Amps)having to “warm up” before working. Of course if it is to long you may have an issues with bad solder joints or a bad components. That would warrant a disassembly and checking the components out. minimum requirement for that will be a good multimeter.
