Chosen Solution
My daughters LeapPad Platinum keeps shutting itself down whilst in middle of playing a video in Leapsearch setting (with wifi turned on). Battery is well charged. Any ideas out there on what is causing this?
We’ve been having this problem too. I just found another website that said it could be due to inactivity, since the child is not touching anything but just watching videos so the leap pad thinks it’s been abandoned and shuts itself down. I’m going to observe my son using it and see if this rings true! Good luck!
