So the analog stick on my 3ds xl will register every direction except up and all other buttons work on it still after a clean but the analog up acts like I’m not doing it but down left and right work fine anyway to fix or will it need a replace?
@lordcarlton since it is not working in a single direction my response would be to replace it. Of course check the connector and the ribbon cable as well, just to make sure those are ok. Use these guides for the repair 3DS XL Repair - iFixit
