My back camera doesn’t seem to work anymore. I’ve tried opening it and replacing the unit with a new one, however, it’s still doing the same thing. When I open the application it’s just a black screen, my front camera is working fine. Does anyone know what’s happening? Thanks
It’s completely black after a module replacement? Have you made sure the terminal where the ribbon is plugged into is 100% clean? Did it just turn black spontaneously and you attempted to fix it or did you recently drop / damage the phone and repair it? There’s a possibility it’s a software issue.. Are you jailbroken? ;d
I’ve replaced the screen and the camera did stop working after that. I probably should’ve mentioned it
