Why do I keep losing the bluetooth connection to the August Smart Lock? My husband has the same phone and it works fine.
Losing connection - it doesn’t show up in your Bluetooth devices list? Or it doesn’t unlock? I have found that if my phone is in low-power mode or my WiFi is turned off, then my lock doesn’t work. Hope that helps
