My JVC KW-XR614 stereo works with the remote but none of the buttons on the radio itself works besides the volume knob. I tried resetting it & still have the same problem,Can Anyone help me

If I recall correctly, these units have the front panel connected to the main board via a small ribbon cable. It is possible that this has come loose. The remote works a different way and the remote sensor is connected directly to the main board. This unit needs to be opened up for an a close look at all the cables and connectors. Dan
