Chosen Solution
I just got my cannon power-shot camera for Christmas. And this just started happening yesterday. When I was taking a video, it froze and wouldn’t do anything. So I took the battery out and put it back, and I turned it on again, but then after 6 seconds, it did the same thing again. I tried to charge the battery again, it was fully charged, but it would still keep freezing . My little sister dropped it, but it was just on the charger. I want to know what I could do to fix it. I also want to know if I have to take it in for someone to fix, and how long it will take. Thank you, but please hurry with the answer. URGENT
