I’ve been getting help from people specialized in computers but when I get it back and start using it it randomly crashes, gets the blue screen of death. I usually play videogames on it but they either crash at some point (I rarely go through a game session without any problems) or they crash my computer. ASRock - check your bios and make sure it is up to date. reinstall the original AllNone Drivers. reboot and see if that helps. Event viewer will help but last locate your Windows\minidump - compress it, and attach here so we can read and see what it tells us on you BSOD.most common is drivers. (several programs are FREE and work well- IOBits DriveBooster is one, yes you get pestered with buy me. but FREE works very well. 3. system being fragmented, causes lag, delays and often BSOD. most all windows has a auto defrag program but you can do it your self…. logo + R - -> type dfrgui —> enter and defrag you system… might take a while but worth the time. 4. Game might have compatible issues (windows is famous for that) use shortcut to find the actual exe for you game. right clik - locate troubleshoot compatibility. and see if that will help you fix.
