I’ve been having this issue since last Monday, my iPhone XR had randomly restarted itself, I pressed the power and volume buttons, hoping a force restart would fix the issue, but it didn’t, the device repeatedly turned on and off by itself, my uncle tried to reset it using their laptop, but it didn’t work, this makes me wonder if the device can be fixed
Does it loop apple logo, or it boots to menu then shuts down, if it loops apple logo there must be half-short somewhere , i gues one of the flex cables must have been damaged, try to disconnect all cables one by one to check which may be causing the problem, i suggest start disconnect charging flex then power the phone, if still problem, disconnect cameras and so on until you figure out whats causing problem
