my drone won’t take off the power on it starts but it just nudges forward how do i fix

Hi, What is the make and model number of the drone? Has it worked OK before? If not, have you ensured that the propellers are attached in the correct way i.e. not upside down or in the wrong spot for the particular propeller on the drone? They have to be installed and positioned correctly to get lift and stability. There should be markings on each propeller to indicate which way is up and where they belong.
