Why Does My Earphones Sound Muffled Device Doesn T Apply To This Kindle 2

Whenever I plug in my earphones in my computer to listen to music, my earphones sound muffled. And when I press this button on my headphone, it clears up and I can hear the lyrics and the music cleared up. How do I make the audio clear without pressing and holding the button? My computer is a Windows 10 btw

Bob have u tried putting tape on the button to keep it pressed in :)
