Basically what i’m trying to say is that my Galaxy fit will turn on but it just has an ! But sometimes randomly it starts working but it doesn’t work right when it has an ! On it I can’t do anything I just got this like 2 weeks ago and on the first day it started acting up :(
Hi @mrkirk , What happens if you try to charge the battery in the watch and leave the charger connected for a few hours? If this doesn’t do anything since you only got the watch 2 weeks ago I suggest that you contact Samsung as per the manufacturer’s warranty statement (scroll down to What must you do to obtain warranty service? or if you are in a different location check the user manual that came with the watch) regarding making a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. Do not attempt to open the watch as this will void the warranty.
