Chosen Solution
To get the tablet to turn on, I have: Charged battery Pressed power button for several seconds Press power and decrease volume buttons simultaneously for several seconds Pressed the power button and increase volume button for several seconds None of the above listed task resulted in the tablet turning on. Please assist me in resolving this problem.
Hi @ivorylinen53 , Gently insert an opened paperclip into the hole in the back of the tablet and press to operate the reset button located in the back of the tablet, release the reset button and then press and hold the Power button for 4~5 seconds to turn on the unit. Here’s an image taken from the user manual that shows the location of the reset button
