my iphone 5cs 0 and oppostraffe keys do not work and i need the 0 key in order to type my wifi password so basically 199$ was useless to spend on the 5c how do i fix it i have ios 10
Sounds like a digitizer(touch screen) issue. You would need to get it replaced or send the phone back for a refund. :(
