My iPhone has coloured lines going down the screen and then it goes blue and goes back onto the apple sign and I’ve only had it a month plus I haven’t dropped it what could this be?
Sounds to me like you have a broken display. May look into repairing that. This website has many guides, and I think you could do it for about $35.
