Hello, I have had my JBL Pulse 2 since 2017 or 2018. It used to charge within a couple hours, but now it takes literally 3 days to fully charge. Is there any way for me to fix this? Has this happened to anyone else? Any help is appreciated. Thanks :)
Hi @irritatedkiwi Just wondering, how do you charge it? Had you tried with another wall charger and better quality usb cables? The last resort is to check on the internal battery, which could be degraded. if you have spare one, swap it and observe the result.
