Hello Ken, I have the original Keurig and had this same issue. What I did was clean out where the hot water pours because of coffee ground build up, the bin where the water is held, and it worked for me. I do not know if that will be the same case for you, but also look up some videos, because upon looking up the issue on YouTube, a lot of fixes popped up.
