Chosen Solution

I was able to force my computer to turn on with a crayon and rubber band, but it loads a screen that asks if I want to restart the computer. I try to use the touchscreen but itdoesnt work so I go get my keyboard and plug it in, but it doesn’t work. What can I do?

Do the following steps and see if this resolves you issue:

  1. Press Windows keys + r simultaneously 2 Type cmd
  2. Type chkdsk c: /f
  3. Type y and press Enter
  4. Type shudown /s
  5. Turn on your device.
