It has good spark, turns over, but won’t stay started. It is brand new…used maybe 4 or 5 times.
Just a couple of things to check, may or may not work:
- Does it have gas?
- There is typically a switch on the lawn mowers that cuts off gas supply to the engine. Has it been turned to ‘Off’ position by someone?
The only thing I know to ask is if you used 100% pure gasoline. New gas types that have ethanol can cause the issue you are talking about.
