Chosen Solution
I’ve had this headset for a few years now, and they work well, but I’ve had this problem ever since I’ve owned them. About 2-3 times per game session, the headphones will disconnect and I won’t be able to hear anything or use the mic. After about 5 seconds of no sound, there will be a beep and then headphones reconnect and work as normal. It’s not that I’m out of range, as I’m right next to the computer and usb stick. Would love to stop this from interrupting my games. Thanks!
I do not know the definite answer but maybe some other wireless devices are interfering with the connection between the computer and the headset. Try moving things like phones and wireless speakers away and see if it improves. Not really sure what any other cause would be besides just faulty components.
