The loud speaker on my LG Optimus G pro sounds muddy when I try to play music from apps like Spotify. It is hard to explain, but the music sounds muddy and then has a crackling effect when it gets loud or there is a lot of bass. I tired restarting the phone and using different apps, still the problem persists.
This sounds like your outer speaker may be broken; this may have been from trying to play music that the speaker physically couldn’t handle, or even dropping it wrong.
