I bought this Mac used and it was not supposed to turn on. When I turned it on it displayed a blinking folder. It has its ssd. I pressed (cmd, r) (cmd, option, r) and (cmd, shift, option, r) all of these lead me to the error -1005F. My trackpad and keyboard don’t work so I am using a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse which do work.

Then follow this guide to setup the installer How to create a bootable macOS Mojave installer drive Are you able to get the OS installed on the SSD? If not you’ll need to open the system up and inspect things. What is the SSD?
