Every time I’m on a call no matter the app I use, I must be on loudspeaker for the person to hear me properly. How can I resolve this issue? Can the mic be replaced, if so how do I carry out this procedure with out having to replace the entire board?
You can try and clean out the mic, using a toothbrush and IPA. If it doesnt work after that then it may need to be replaced.
