Why Does My Phone Keep Restarting When I Connect It To The Internet Alcatel One Touch Android Phone

Hi everyone,

I’ve just recently bought an Alcatel 3C phone and every time it connects to internet it just restarts continuously. So I never get past the homepage. I had a moto phone (powered by Android as well) that did the same thing when it would be connected to internet. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Let’s see if the problem is isolated to one WiFi network. Try connecting to a different WiFi network and see if this behavior continues.
