When I am calling someone I usually have it on speaker mode for example when my parents called and I pass it on to my siblings. However, recently people and my parents have said that they can not hear me well. I did a test with my sibling’s other phones with and without speaker mode on and there is a difference. When I have it on no speaker mode they hear well but when I do it loose connection. Do I have to replace the loud speaker?
You need to rule out parts first. The dock connector will need to be replaced. It has two microphones on it one either side of the jack. One of these is most likely faulty.
