Chosen Solution
Hi I just got a new mate 20 X it’s great. but i got this weird issue when i downloaded some apps from Google play, the icon of the app i downloaded won’t show up, instead it shows a white grid with a green background. I’ve tried to uninstall it then i installed again and nothing happened. So does anyone know how to fix it or is it going to be solved with a patch or an update. Thanks
This is a really weird issue - I would check to see if your phone is fully up to date on everything (go to settings and search for Updates), and if it isnt fully updated I would say its worth to try to reset the phone, as it possibly could be something wrong with your install of android
