I tried to take my SIM card out and turn my phone on and off and it still doesn’t work. I also tried to update my phone and it still doesn’t work. I put my SIM card in another phone and it works perfectly fine. It just doesn’t work in my phone. My phone has no cracks.
You should reset the phone to factory defaults setting, Back it up first. If your phone is working with another sim card from another carrier, then contact your carrier to replace your sim card. If not working it might have Internal logic Board Issue and check if you have warranty.
