I turned my phone on after a few months and the first screen is stuck on SIM service provider unlock pin, i have no idea why its like this or how to fix it. pleasee helpp!
Sounds like someone locked your SIM card with a pin. Simply call your service provider or visit the local store and get a new SIM card.
