At random times, I will go into imessage to text someone and for a few people, instead of it having their saved contact name at the top, it’ll have their number… It keeps doing this.
Alright, so first of all I had a similar issue with my Mom’s old 5S and it was because of an older iOS version she was running. After updating to iOS 11.4.1 it was fixed so let’s rule an older iOS version out, shall we? Make sure you are updating your iOS to iOS 11.4.1 (not iOS 12) and report back when you are finished updating your iPhone.
