When I turn on my phone (not unlock it) it vibrates a short vibrate and become slower for a few seconds. Same thing happens when I restart it.
It checks for S pen every time you restart your phone it vibrates to check for s pen
It does that as a boot up feedback haptic. Most Samsung devices do it. It’s just letting the user know it’s powering on, it’s nothing that can be disabled as far as I know. Hope that helped!
