The charger is staying green when plugged in. The percentage stays at zero. I have reset the PRAM and SMC, but those resets have not helped. I removed the battery completely and reinstalled. Nothing is working.
Well, not good the charging logic within your logic board has failed! You likely have one or two MOSFET’s blown. This will require some delicate surgery to first test the MOSFET’s and then replace the ones that are damaged.
