Oh no! There is a lot of problems that can happen in life, but when a printer stops functioning correctly, even I get frustrated. First you should attempt to clean the Print Head, the OS inside the printer can do this for you. Click Here to find the area to clean it automatically, optionally there are user created videos online of how to manually clean it if the printer fails to do it, though the printer usually can fix it itself. After cleaning the print head, manually or automatically you should always re-align it, just in-case it got shifted out of place. Click Here for information on how to do that.
