I did everything what people showed me on YouTuber I even reinstalled the software and update, but it didn’t work. It’s just says preparing update but the file doesn’t show installing. Then it says cannot start ps4 and then it shows again reinstallation. I like to know if it’s the hdd or should I buy a new hdd.
If you already tried reinstalling the OS you can try selecting rebuild database when in safe mode(unless the only option is to reinitialize). If that still doesnt work I would try replacing the HDD. If it installs on the new HDD then you know the old one was the issue.
