I purchased and installed a replacement screen from iFixit. All was well for several months, then it started having these strange artifacts. The top of the screen image becomes interlaced with the bottom third of the display. It seems to be connected with the display brightness, as well. The artifacting is worse at higher brightness settings. I tried emailing iFixit support two or three different times, but they never replied to me.

Hi Jake Looks like you have an issue with the LCD connection. You could try to reconnect the cables to the logic board but this issue is most likely a loose connection between the cable and the LCD panel itself. I would recommend a replacement screen.
