Chosen Solution
I have my blu vivo 6 around 2 months. Around 10 times a day my screen glitches. It like taps evrywhere for 5 seconds. Another thing that happend around each 10 minutes is my screen freez and it can tap on my screen I can still use the buttons but the screen doesn’t work. I turrn my phone off and on and it works again the most times. It’s really anoyying. If im playing a game it suddendly just freezes and I can’t play for 10 seconds and it happens completly random please help. I don’t have have any damadge to my phone I never dropped it and further its working just fine.
Sounds like a bad screen/touch interface. Any way for you to get that replaced?
