Chosen Solution
After my Acer Aspire 5740 has been on for a time, when I try to ‘wake it’ I just getr aq blue screen. On occasion I get the Windows picture text on the blue b=ut nothing else. The only way I’ve managed to get it back on is to let the battery run right down and re-start. Any ideas please?
Hi Alex, I use Windows 10 and the message is just the script from the initialising picture. Sorry, no idea how to get a picture of it! Hi iMedic, How do I go about cleaning heat vents and fan please? Thank you both for taking an interest. Much appeciated.
